Today I received my order for a flawless facial hair remover order number 107-328-6491 when I opened it up to my dismay on this product was hair I took a picture and I took video of it when I called to place my concerns they fell on deaf ears my greatest concern is why am I getting a use product when Covid is ramp it this item was used I can prove it the plug and cord was scratched once again there was black hair which I am a blonde in the package and the actual device itself was dirty I intend to take this to the highest levels because this should not have happened with the company this size I thought Walmart took precautions against this if I would've used it and something would've happened a break out because somebody else used it prior to meThis would've been grounds for a lawsuit yet I just intend to take it to my local news I did post a video on YouTube and I want an explanation why some thing like that's happened

The package the item was shipped in was opened and badly damaged. The product could pass for new but when I finally got around to using it, it didn't appear to work like the commercials and it was difficult to see actual hair removal. This led me to suspect that it might not be new. That was dissapointing and I will not buy from "marketplace" every again. I wish I would have saved the box or taken pictures.....
