Love the griddle. It warms up very evenly and easy to cook on. Use one side for pancakes and french toast the other side more for dinner like lundon broil mostly but also steak and chops.

Quality product, in use weekly. This is second one we have purchased, first was about 10 years ago. Time for new one for the kitchen and the old one is being used on the gas grill. In that it is aluminum (vice cast iron) it is easy to use and easy to clean.

This product deserves 10 stars. This is my 5th Nordic grill in a span of 10-15 years Hands down the best one. Nordic improved the quality it's super light and much easier to cleanup unlike the previous ones. I would not suggest that you use anything metal to cook with. Wooden cooking utensils or cooking grade but not plastic or metal.
