Love the product, not the delivery

I love the set, the color, the size, the price. But, unfortunately the handling of the box was not the best, it came with a hole that damaged the product a little. The crib had small scratches and bumps all over. Not a big deal, but I'd have loved to not have them when I buy a brand new product.
