These Achor Hocking glass food containers are a game changer. My family started using less plastic and more glassware. These are microwave and dishwasher-safe. The lids stay on tight and don't get loose after being in the dishwasher or over time. A step toward better health

With all the warnings of health issues with food stored or heated in plastics, these storage and heating containers are a step for us in the right direction. We're avoiding plastics as aggressively as possible.. These glass containers are durable and convenient for reheating food and storing leftovers. I do not send the lids through the dishwasher: experience with other similar items has seemed to distort the lids in the excessive heat, making the fit unreliable. I hand wash the lids. I intend to purchase more of these containers to replace the plastics in my kitchen.

Love these for my leftovers! I recently started using a meal kit service and I always have an extra dinner portion that I eat for lunch the next day. I can take these out of the fridge, remove the lid, and put it right in the oven. The seal leaves a lot to be desired, but i don’t keep anything in here long term.
