greatly reduces shedding and improves texture

I used this for 2 months. after about a week I noticed reduced shedding and after about another week I noticed the texture starting to improve. I have PCOS and Hashimotos, and have thinning, dry, brittle hair, usually rough and stiff. After about a month I was able to run my fingers through my hair without tangling and getting stuck. After two months I had very little shedding anymore, and I noticed some tiny little hairs on my hairline that had probably been growing for about a month. I switched shampoos at the same time I started using these and made the mistake of thinking that was what was helping my hair so I stopped the supplements. So here I am 4 months later, hair back to rough and constantly shedding about to reorder these again. Keep in mind your hair will eventually return to normal if you stop taking these.
