I’ve been taking this supplement for several months now. My knees and ankles had been killing me, I’d had no issues before. It felt like the joints needed oil. Once I’d taken this for about 2-3 weeks the ache was GONE, so much so, I forgot to take my Ibuprofen. Wow. I highly recommend this. The shipping and handling has always been prompt and on point.
