great product. worked faster than I thought it would. crusty parts are drying up and falling out. my 9 years old kitty doesn't scratch much. but I also use the round cushion donut around his neck so that he doesn't lick the product. then at night I put on a tee shirt babies onesie.. and hes Good till the next day..
