They're a little on the sour side, but I love them, I truly do. They taste like just regular sour gummies, I would honestly never believe that they were vitamin gummies, if I didn't see the bottle they come out of! So it's an advantage because I can get to enjoy it and get its benefits from taking it daily. Because it's dosage is 3 gummies per day then this bottle last about a week and a half, it taste like a sour gummy my favorite kind. I just keep it in my night table.
