I use these every morning to make my dark chocolate cherry smoothie. 1 oz Lindt 90% dark chocolate, frozen cherries,organic skim milk, and a splash of soy milk. sweeten with stevia . high in vitamins, low calorie. dark chocolate for stem cell regeneration. DELICIOUS

These are to die for!! So juicy and sweet My daughter says she loves a bowl of vanilla yogurt topped with big layer of the Great Value Pitted Dark ( healthier for you)Sweet Cherries 🍒 let them stand in the fridge over night so the cherries thaw and the cherry juice melts into the yogurt the gently mix together and just before you eat sprinkle on a generous amount of granola!! And you might like a few pecan or walnuts.
