A very healthy starch that is hard to find

This product is hard to find. I am so glad Walmart is carrying it. It is great used in dishes not only hot off the stove, but also a day or two later. It does require some seasoning to get passed the brown rice flavoring. I swapped chicken broth for water and that helped.

My only complaint is that the text is so small for the nutrition panel and cooking instructions. You might need a magnifying glass if you have trouble with small print. Otherwise, this is a good product. Easy to prepare and cook.
