This product is AWESOMESAUCE 😁! I am a leg amputee, and I'm able to load or change the water bottles very easily while sitting in my wheelchair. I applied felt pads to the bottoms of my water bottles, making them even easier for me to load or change. The hot water dispenses at 160 degrees, and the hot water dispensing switch has a child- lock safety feature. Hot water recovers in about 5 minutes. Cold water dispenses at 38 degrees and recovers in about 5 minutes, also. I was paying 1.38 for a gallon jug of water. Now, I'm paying just 2.30 to refill a 5 gallon bottle, so I'm already saving money on buying water! I'm very happy 😊 with this product, and I now have hot, cold, and room temperature water at my fingertips 😁
