i grew up back east, and Friendly's was the go to for ice cream, sundaes banana splits, meals fish, fries krinckel cut, grilled cheese with tomatoes, BLT, patty melts, milk shakes, old style coke glasses, cones, regular sugar, and waffle, in 3 sizes, quarts and hand packed pints, real chocolate shots like a semicsweet like toll house cookies, fresh baked goods, they were awesome,bthey also had a very small cone for the family pets. being across the street from our junior high school, us kids all went there any chance we got. they had the best ice-cream, hot fudge, marshmallow, strawberries, caramel, pinapples, . their pricing was incredibly reasonsble, like the AC Petersons across town had Friendly's about a mile up the street, both places we always packed.

Just like a mini Carvel Ice Cream Cake!

I grew up in Miami, eating Carvel Ice Cream, and every year, I'd have a Carvel Ice Cream Cake for my birthday. All ice cream, NO cake, and it had those chocolaty sprinkles in the middle of layers of rich vanilla and chocolate. I'm 57 now, still eating one every year. But as a stand-in, for those long other 11 months, this brand, and this size, is a perfect replacement for your craving! It has the same great flavor, texture, taste. I'd swear it was secretly made by Carvel! Who knows---- does anybody really know who owns Nabisco, who owns Betty Crocker, who owns General Mills, and so on....? Buy this ice cream! The price is fair and the size is enough for TWO portions if you can control yourself. Enjoy!
