I am 53 years old %26 have struggled to keep my BP in check for over 6 years even with my meds the readings are erratic and never consistent, so I decided to try this. I kept seeing the commercial on TV, figured it couldn't hurt, i would just add it to my daily supplement regimen, see what happened, if it didn't work i would stop, no harm no foul, my heart and BP health is worth it to give it a try. i was sick of struggling to keep it in check. I have always checked it regularly with an at home monitor so i know what it is on a daily basis. Day 1 my readings were somewhat high mid day 160/93 and 152/82 , by day 5 my mid day readings were 107/67 and 114/69!! I was very surprised because i had not changed anything, i was still eating the same things. ( i try to cut salt as much as i can anyway) my BP has not been that low since i was in my 30's. I continue to monitor every day and my wake up reading is the lowest it has ever been at 115/75....that is down from 134/82 , i am in awe of this product and will continue to keep taking it. Now for the taste.... It is a bit tart for me so what i do is i cut them in half and eat 4 halves at a time instead of eating the entire thing. This way it is not super over powering and it doesn't bother me at all. You can eat them all at once or eat them over time through out the day, either way they are helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their Bp or just to take for heart health and circulation. if it worked on my BP, i KNOW it works!!!
