large capacity, trusted brand. The controls are easy to use and accurate. Lid has sturdy clamps to hold it closed for travel, but it fogs up alot making it hard to see inside the pot while cooking without pulling the lid off. Have not used the mini yet.

peace of mind

the crockpot was a great value and offers great ease on preparing meals and knowing it has a timer gives peace of mind knowing I can set it and have dinner ready for my wife when she comes home. The best feature for me is the timer and how it doesnt just turn off but goes to a warm setting for up to 14hrs. This is amazing to have food cooking for 8hrs then knowing its still gonna be warm up to 14hrs is such a peace of mind.
