Delicious sometimes not fresh though

I'm not sure who the issue would lie with, but sometimes the bags are not the freshest and so the candy can be very tough when that's not their truest state they're usually a lot softer and cheerer, but reaching out to the company often will help quality improvement and they are willing to replace your bag if it is not fresh with proof of purchase
