Well it's my fault for not knowing how tiny this would be. I ordered for a birthday request. I'm hoping what's in the package is what the recipient wants. The fact is that it was clearly a returned item , bought from target (has an “only at target” sticker on the package). The return address is a returns center, sent from a returns center through Walmart and the seller toywiz. When I buy through Walmart I expect a new product. Well the package looks secure so I am giving it as expected. Was very disappointed. $10 dollars for a teeny toy seems expensive.
