Sonny and I have really enjoyed this class and especially our amazing instructor Zander. We are learning how to create a safe mat space for Sonny to go to when he needs to chill out. I really like the esay step by step homework. The added benefit is the bond Sonny and I have from spending this time together. Zander is so patient, so kind and so knowledgeable.
