The graphite quality is good - a darker tone in the HB/%232 lead grade range. Pencil rubber grip and side clicker feel and work well. The big problem is with the twist eraser not fitting well into the eraser holding mechanism. 6 of the 10 pencils had the eraser cylinder simply falling out of the pencil when I simply turned the pencil tip end up. I tried carefully to get the erasers to seat better, and had some success with a couple of the pencils. The plastic holding gripper is either too wide, or the erasers' tip ends are too small - but by only a fraction of a millimeter - just enough to cause it to not fit. A couple of the pencils have no problems with the eraser, as the little tip end fits snugly into the plastic holder, as intended. Although I am disappointed overall with the quality of all the pencils, the fact that it comes with 120 lead refills and 10 erasers kind of makes up for it. I am not above using the twist eraser as a separate stand alone eraser if I need to. The erasers are a polymer style, not quite as good as a Hi-Polymer from Pentel, but still quite decent at erasing this darker grade of lead. I almost recommend these pencils, but if you need 10 pencils for 10 people, you will be very disappointed, so I will not recommend them.
