Drop the melatonin for this

I was looking to wean my daughter off melatonin (used sparingly but still). I did a google search for top OTC magnesium and this was one of them. To my surprise it was a pocket up item which made me even more happy. My daughters love the flavor. You can definitely tell when it starts kicking in. My girls who usually were crazy at 7:30/8 now get this stuff at 7:30 and by 8 they are calm and mellow. I pair it with the magnesium gummie and by 9 they are out and sleep all night. No attitudes or pissiness in the am.

My daughter who is 14 months old started having trouble sleeping. (She's always been a good sleeper) I was looking into what I could do to help her and found this. It works. Both my kids are sleeping. It is sour, it has a sweet tart flavor. My oldest doesn't love it but my one year old does. I personally like it.
