Truly one of the better boxed GF Mac and Cheese products out there. my husband and I absolutely LOVE this stuff - I have Celiac disease and this is one of the few replacements where we agreed it was BETTER than the gluten alternative. Why but boring Kraft when you can have this?! The noodles cook well enough (though I like more al dente noodles, so I usually don't cook for the maximum time), never soggy, and they don't fall apart like some brands do. The cheese powder makes a rich and creamy cheese sauce with milk and butter - or heavy cream if you REALLY want to treat yourself. Simple, easy, great to use as a side for an entree OR make 2 boxes and add in some bits and bobs to make a meal - broccoli and chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and roast beef, or cashews and bacon for example. If you're partial to 'stringy' macaroni and cheese that is more like homemade, just throw in 1/2 cup cheese per box and it'll turn out decadent. It is goat milk, so there is a noticable sour twang to it, almost as if there is a hint of sour cream in your Mac. We love it, personally, but I can see how it could be polarizing. I still VERY highly recommend this product, though, as the flavor is mild and savory and for those that love bold flavors, the risk is worth the reward.
