If you want something that taste just like egg %26 can be warmed up super fast in the microwave or toaster oven for a quick meal-has a good amount of protein, and only 6 g of fat you've found your shortcut! Alternate microwave instructions from frozen -is cover it with a bowl or lid cook 30 seconds flip it cook 30 seconds more and you're good -you don't have to use paper towel

Fast vegan “eggs” are mmmmm!

This frozen vegan product is very good. It is on the expensive side but it really does taste almost exactly like real eggs cooked like a little omelette slice. It takes just seconds to heat so it's great for a fast meal or snack. I usually pair it with a slice of vegan cheese on a warm bagel; often I add a vegan sausage patty for a fabulous, really quick and delicious sandwich for breakfast or lunch. Add a veggie side or some chips and you've got a dinner too. I love these vegan eggs.

Great egg substitute

This is a great product for people who happen to have an allergy to eggs. It needs a bit of flavoring, add some dill Or other Seasoning As it can be a bit bland but you can dress it up.Put it in a wrapMake a breakfast sandwich or An Egg Sandwich for lunch. All you do is take it out of the freezer and pop it in the toaster oven for a few minutes to warm it up.
