If you want something that taste just like egg %26 can be warmed up super fast in the microwave or toaster oven for a quick meal-has a good amount of protein, and only 6 g of fat you've found your shortcut! Alternate microwave instructions from frozen -is cover it with a bowl or lid cook 30 seconds flip it cook 30 seconds more and you're good -you don't have to use paper towel

Great egg substitute

This is a great product for people who happen to have an allergy to eggs. It needs a bit of flavoring, add some dill Or other Seasoning As it can be a bit bland but you can dress it up.Put it in a wrapMake a breakfast sandwich or An Egg Sandwich for lunch. All you do is take it out of the freezer and pop it in the toaster oven for a few minutes to warm it up.

I am not a vegan, and actually detest a lot of the vegan type of food, cannot stand the taste. But I love eggs and was interested to see how this plant-based folded egg product tasted. The taste and texture is exactly (eggzactly) like eating an egg omelette! I like putting it between two slices of toast with a slice a cheese - delish!
