With arthritic hands %26 fingers, the first thing I did was test to see how quickly %26 easily it would be to change the blade. I didn't actually change it, (brand new blade), but, it was easy (%26 safe) unload %26 reload it. Next, I checked to see how smooth how it was to engage %26 disengage the blade. It was easy. You get what you pay for with Olfa in quality. I really liked this set including a package of replacement blades. This is the first 28mm rotary cutter I've purchased in about a decade. It's a keeper.
