PCS-250 Powder Coating Gun
The Eastwood PCS-250 Dual-Voltage HotCoat™ Powder Coating Gun gives you complete coverage from tight areas to large surfaces while operating on standard 120v household current. This innovative system will allow you to achieve the benefits of powder coating small parts instead of coating them with paint. This new and improved dual-voltage system gives you the capability to coat small areas using the low 15kv setting or coat large areas using the high-voltage setting 25kv. All you need is a compressed air source (5-10 PSI from a portable tank with a regulator or a compressor) to power your gun, an electric oven or toaster oven to cure the finish and a well-ventilated workspace in which to do your coating. This new and improved gun features color-coded cabling, larger ground clamp, increased trigger room and a clear bottle so you can see the powder color and fluidizing action.
Hotcoat Benchtop Powder Coating Oven
The Eastwood Hotcoat Benchtop Powder Coating Oven combines generous internal volume in a convenient, compact package with big oven features.
This oven has selectable upper and lower Heating Elements, and air Circulation Fan allow optimum control of heat distribution inside the Oven. The Oven Door window presents a convenient view of parts during the critical “flow-out” stage, enabling proper setting of the built-in Timer for the desired cure time. Couple this oven with any of Eastwood’s HotCoat Powder Coating Guns and start coating brackets, housings, and other small to medium-sized parts right in your home shop or garage.

Wow, that was easy!
I bought this PC gun on a bit of a whim, and with some other items in Eastwood's PC package deal (filter, oven, some powders), and today was my first time trying it out. I have a homemade blast cabinet and first cleaned the paint off of 2 parts...then, I just fed the air compressor hose from my cabinet to the PC gun and adjusted the pressure to what I believe was around 8psi. I hooked up the PC gun, hung my blasted parts (I had no Eastwood PRE or other degreaser on hand, so I skipped that) on a piece of steel with stainless wire, and clamped the ground strap to it. PC'd outside with a slight breeze (no issues). Popped it into the pre-heated oven. This Eastwood chrome-like powder wanted a flow temp of 450 degrees but this oven only goes up to 400 - no problem at all. Basically what I'm saying here is that despite my somewhat slip-shod setup, this system and process was VERY forgiving for me. Results were well above what I expected!

The shipping was fast. The PCS-250 works great does a awesome job nice even coating. The cords could be a couple feet longer other than that works great. Thank you very much.
Powder coating made easy
I was hesitant in trying this myself. But this was very easy to use and the results were GREAT. I experimented with a few scrap pieces and various techniques for preparing the pieces. I am happy with the results.
