I was seeking an alternative to another brand that I had been buying for the last couple of years. The other brand was getting too pricey with frequent price increases, and the inventory was inconsistant. I came across this as an option that had a great value for the servings per container. Very happy with it. The flavor is good, and 1 scoop mixes well with 8-9oz water. I use a "frother" to get it stirred up really well and then chug it down before the Psyllium starts to gel up. Dont expect it to be super smooth, its Psyllium husk after all, soluble fiber, so some "grit" is to be expected. I consume it once a day in the evening. I am very happy and will be buying again and again. Im sure.
