With his medical issues, this oatmeal has the best vonsistency, creamy fruit flavor and consistency he needs to help him feel more full in the mornings, with less snacking between breakfast and lunch. Just pour the packet into a cup or bowl, add a half of a cup.of water or milk and pop it in the microwave. When the kids are late for school, it is a quick and easy breakfast for those rushed mornings!
