I didn't know I was the one who would be allergic to my cat. I bought this because I had 2 friends that were allergic to cats. Turns out now that I am older I am very allergic and this food is the key to me being able to keep my cat. I feed her this every two to three days or add it to her regular food and it works like a charm. If I forget, since she is a snuggler, my throat closes, eyes waters etc. Next morning that food is back in the dish and all is well.
