Quick shipping and well packaged.
The Mega Chef 10 in one multi programmable oven was shipped promptly and packaged properly. The instruction manual is concise and easy to understand. Unpacking and setup and cleaning instructions and sterilization were easy to follow prior to use for the first time. I provided provided 5 stars for all categories except quality due to the air fryer basket being made with non parallel sides causing the basket to slip out of position on one side as can be seen in the attached picture. I'm sure it will be worse once loaded with food as the weight will increase the potential for the basket to slip and fall out of position. I will provide an update to my review following contacting Mega Chef for warranty replacement of air fryer basket.

MegaChef Air Fryer works better than the last air fryer I had. The cooking time is much improved. I love the stainless steel quality. The con was having my smoke alarms go off the first time running it per manufacturing instructions: highest setting for 15 or 20 minutes. The alarms stopped before I could press the reset, so they didn't beep for very long.
