Back to the good old days

This mixer is much lighter than I anticipated but works like the old-fashioned 2-beater mixers. The bowl spins so I can scrape down the sides without stopping the mixing process. The only down-side I have found is that the dough hooks and bowl can only accomodate 1 loaf of bread.

The beaters/attachments insert %26 remove easily. The stand is durable to handle mixing options. The bowl is sturdy. The base moves two different setting for optimal mixing. Cleanup is easy. The hand mixer detaches easily, for those recipes less dense, (i.e....mashed potatoes.

My wife loves this mixer! I bought her a more expensive model which she had me return for this one. It detaches and becomes a hand mixer in addition to being a stand mixer. It works by rotating the bowl instead of having a sophisticated mixing movement. It does what it is supposed to, looks great, and was a fraction of the cost of higher end mixers. We are not an industry and do light baking, so it is a perfect product for us. My wife loves it!
