Cheating business

I ordered ovaltine European formula and they sent me a total different product with similar packaging with glass jar. I believe they purchased the jar and filled it with duplicate powdered drink and sold it with original name. I don't understand how could they run business inside USA like this and why Walmart still has contract with them. I am going to report Walmart about the situation.
