Temporarily relieve minor muscular and joint aches and pains with Equate Activated Heat Wraps for lower back and hips. This package contains one wrap and six heat pad inserts that give you three heat treatments. These treatments provide odorless heat that lasts up to eight hours. The wrap itself is ultra-thin and comes in one size that fits most. Simply follow the provided instructions on the box and relieve muscular and joint pain in your lower back and hips, whether from overexertion, strains, sprains, or arthritis. Instructions
Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Over: Tear open pouch when ready to use; the heat pad is air activated and starts to warm immediately. Place one heat pad in each of the two pockets of the wrap. Do not overlap heat pads or place more than one heat pad in each pocket. Place on treatment area, stretch wrap around entire body and secure belt. Keep wrap flat against skin. Do not fold or bunch as the risk of burn is increased. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature. Wear up to 8 hours. Do not use more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Discard heat pads after single use. Do not microwave or attempt to reheat heat pads. Children under 12 years of age: consult a physician.

It works great and lasts quite a while. Cheaper than the thermacare brand. I do think thermacare is better, but I'd say comparing dollar to dollar to they are equal products. If you put money aside and judge objectively then thermacare is a bit better. But i still like these and find them to work perfectly fine. They tend to be sold out often at the Walmart nearest to me, so I think others would agree that they do the job just fine.

Use since fell hard onto back onto cement apt floor and better to use underneath cloths for heat even when soft tissue damages are tight wear at night to sleep until healed. Price still is issue for poorest of poor people

I am rarely without a box of these at home. I don't use the belt that comes in box; instead I use the heating pads one at a time. They are the perfect size for everything I need them for. I use them the most for menstrual cramps because I can just stick one inside my underwear and have much needed relief for a large portion of the day.
