The Little Burner That Could

Stovetop went out in December and bought this little guy to limp along until we bought a replacement. It's almost June and we've managed perfectly well with this little cooktop. Induction is so nice that our new stovetop is induction as well. It boils water quickly enough (just use a lid to help it along), most of our pots already worked with induction, and it cleans and stores easily. Family of 5 approved!

The ONLY way to cook

I've been using an induction cooktop for a long time. It's just like having gas only better. The cooking starts immediately and stops when you turn it off. It's simply amazing. At Thanksgiving I knew I needed another one. It was either buy a new cooktop or get a new stove, electric just wasn't cutting it. I only use two burners at a time so this is perfect. These do use a lot of Watts so if you have different circuit to plug it in to that helps.
