All in all, prob the best robot vac we've owned. Saw this robot on Black Friday ad for $188 and said what the heck...lets give it a shot. we've had other robot vacs with and without lidar navigation, but none with a "mopping" feature. While this vac wont replace real carpet vacuuming, it does a decent job on our had surface floors. The Shark app is very user friendly, walking you through the set up and mapping process. once thru mapping, you set up carpet and rug zones, so the vac doesn't mop them. As for mopping, I would call it more damp dust mopping. the washable mop pad does get dirty but I haven't tried it with any spills or heavily soiled areas , mud and the like. But, again, we own a real mop so.... we do have a lot of laminate flooring so the solution tank has to be refilled to complete our entire house. I also rinse the pad off when I refill the solution tank. Overall, it does what it says so I'm happy with the purchase. It gets up the dog hair, tangle free brush, REAL laser navigation and damp mopping to get the rest of the dust, all for less than two bills....Easy Peezy!!!!
