dishwasher safe! Top that off with great capacity from high sloping sides (curved, kind of like a wok) and the fact that many of my lids fit make it my "go to" pan. This is actually my second pan. The first one is still going strong after more than two years, but I use it so much I found a need for a second one.

I love this pan! It's perfect! It's the only one I want to cook with. The size is perfect whether I'm cooking a tray of chicken thighs or a bag of greens. It lives up to its promise of no hot or cold spots. Food comes out evenly cooked every time. And it truly doesn't stick to food! Very easy to clean no matter what I cook, it all slides off. It also holds up great with the dishwasher. As the rest of my nonstick pans gradually need to be retired, I feel confident I'll replace them all with T-Fal pans in various sizes. But... I don't know if I'll really use my other pans enough to ever need to replace them... because I always reach for my 12" T-Fal pan!
