MICROWAVE (Preferred Method) 1. Place tray on a microwavable safe plate. 2. Peel film back from one corner to vent Vegetable Lo Mein. 3. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. 4. Stir contents. 5. Continue to cook on HIGH for an additional 1 minute, may need an additional 30 seconds or until hot**. CAUTION: CONTENTS ARE HOT. USE CARE WHEN HANDLING THE TRAY. NOTE: MICROWAVE OPERATING AT 1200 WATTS. MICROWAVES MAY VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES TO INDIVIDUAL MICROWAVE. STIR FRY 1. Preheat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a stove top pan on MEDIUM for 1 minute or until oil is hot. 2. Add Vegetable Lo Mein and lower heat to LOW and cover with lid for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Peel the film back in one corner. Place tray on a baking sheet and into the oven and set a timer for 30 minutes. 3. Stir contents halfway through the baking process. 4. Continue to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until hot**. 5. Carefully remove film. Stir, and enjoy. **Internal temperature should be 165°F for at least 15 seconds. This product is not ready-to-eat. These instructions are guidelines only since individual cooking equipment varies in temperature.

If you want Asian low mein in 5min and using a microwave, then this is it. Good light sauce “not too strong” and good portion vegetables. If you take time to pan fry this it's better, but microwave is quicker. Large portion just like they give you at fast food restaurants. Add your own grilled chicken or edamame and boost it!
