for this couch it was difficult to assemble, never in my life had i thought it would take a whole day for me to assemble, every peice has numbers and every number comes together to make the couch itself but for me i would not purchase again as intructions were difficult to follow here and there, end result looks just like the picture but stuff like lint or hair sticks on fabric easily

I never received the entire order. I only received 1 of 2 cartons. I contacted the seller last friday and still waiting on them to get back to me. I might have to return the one box for a refund if the seller cannot make this right. Never had problems with walmart that wasnt resolved. very unhappy with the seller

Bad experience with purchase and delivery.

The order registers as delivered, I only received 1 box with missing pieces of the sofa, the box says 1 of 2, and according to sources there are 2 boxes. However, it registers as fully delivered. Where is the other box %232? At Walmart they tell us to contact the supplier and they don't answer on the line. What do we do? Nobody informs us about it, and it took a while to make the purchase. I am very sad and disappointed.
