This product comes in 3 separate boxes. Do not bother to assemble if you have not received all 3 first. We got lucky and got all our boxes at the same time. The couch is a mix of materials. The back and sides are thin metal frames covered with fabric. The seats are actually like the picture. They have a pillow top that's comfortable and soft. But the back cushions are thin so the lumbar cushions do add a little support but you'd probably want to use some pillows to pad it up. The modular sections have a sturdy wood frame. The feet however are just plastic so if they break the couch will be way too short for comfort. It is a rather large couch and seats 4 people comfortably. 1 person can lay down and 1 person can still sit on the chaise. It takes up 60% of the space in my living room. It's very heavy and hard to move with 1 person. Putting it together was awkward and the instructions were confusing. It took 2 people about 3 hours. The holes the assemble the side pieces are underneath the frame of the chaise module and are difficult to align with the holes in the fabric of the side piece. Overall this couch will meet my needs for a couple of years but I see myself replacing it for a more quality couch in the future, even if I have to pay more.

Wish i could give ZERO starts. This was a complete and utter mess. They sent me the wrong color, and the dark grey they send doesn't match anything in my home. I ordered Grey. I have spent weeks trying to return the item. They basically have threatened me with the cost of shipping to return it as it i should have to cover that. They just keep emailing me about wanting to offer a discount, which at this point is larger than the coast of the return shipping, so why not just help me return this. I would also like to note that it arrived in 3 large boxes, and they required i unbox and photograph everything. Now there are 3 large boxes in my small apartment living room, taking up all the space, so i haven't even been able to replace with a couch at this point, my new apartment is couch-less, and I've been fighting with the company to return it. I would like to note that working with Walmart directly had been wonderful, and they are trying to help me with these issues, but the company has been a nightmare.
