I totally love it! It came in three boxes and was already put together. All I had to do was screw on the legs, and that was it! It's all super strong and sturdy. I have no complaints, but I've seen some people say the back cushions need more padding. I don't think so, but they have zippers, so it'd be easy for them to add some. The seat cushions are bouncy and comfy, and you don't sink down and hit bottom! I get compliments on it. Everything is held in place with velcro. I thought the velcro was weak, but then I realized there were cloth strips over them. I took those off, and the velcro is really strong, so the cushions don't move! I found the perfect rug!
