This is a great little machine, came with everything I needed. lt also came with instruction booklet that was easy to follow. l hooked up to ny kitchen faucet and when you're done you can either unhook it and set it aside or depending on where you have it, leave it hooked up. I have my in kitchen area where I hook it up to my sink and it's small enough to be out of way. The height is 29 1/2 to 30, so it is easy enough for me to reach in and pull out the clothes without any hassle. l am 5'2", so other machines have always been so tall for me at the laundry mats that it was hard for me to get all my clothes out of the wash. But this works just fine height wise!. I am planning on getting a dolly so it can be moved into a closet when it's not in use. This came 2 days early, it was well packaged, and we had no problems removing it and setting it up was a easy and we breeze thru steps in the booklet. I am 72 years old and this is already a lifesaver on my back. No more having to lug my laundry to the laundromat! JUST A PIECE OF ADVICE....l would just run it through a regular wash one or twice (with nothing in it) to clear out any old stuff that might have settled there from when they tested it -which they noted in booklet. My first run through kind of made my white bra gray. But I ran it through again and washed in bleach and it's back to the normal white color. Now this is an apt size washer, so as far as detergent goes, its not going to take what you normally put a full size/ commercial machine. Right now l only have put in 1/4 cup detergent, softener...it doesn't take much. So that's another plus that it will save on soap! I am still adjusting the load size but as you use it I think it will come in time. SPINS with a centrifugal force and everything has come out just about dry. I have not had any problems with unbalance or shaking at all. I just hang up my clothes and by the time I did my 2nd load the first load that l hung up was already dry and l folded and put them up and hung up 2nd load! Also, comes with a UV cycle wash too.... When it's done... it buzzes and you're ready to hang up your clothes. I cannot say much just how much this machine has been a lifesaver for me! And it looks like you can save on soap, your back and $ to laundry mat!. In the 2-3 weeks I've had it, my back has much improved! The reviews on this was pretty good and I checked the Consumer Reviews and it had good reviews too, as being one of the top 10 machines. Yes I definitely would buy again, great buy esp being on sale, good $ wise investment and l would recommend it.
