These are really good and the flavor is reminiscent of birthday cake. They are pretty sweet. The ones I had weren't crumbly although gf stuff does tend to be a bit more crumbly. These are probably my favorite from Goodie Girl. When you have to eat gf all the options Goodie Girl offers is really nice.
