Doesn't dry "clear".

Ordered this to use on a finished floor, thinking it would dry clear as labeled. When I opened the case, there was a sample the dried sealant in the box and it was more of a milky finish. when I tried to return the product, the seller was me to pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
