This is one of my go-to over-the-counter pain relievers. It works quickly to help reduce headaches, body aches, and minor pains without upsetting my stomach. I also appreciate that it's gentle compared to some other pain medications and safe to take when I need something effective but not too harsh.

Why waste money on Tylenol?

I've been using this Equate product for years. Post op, and for chronic pain relief. I often recommended it to my husband for his aches and pains from being a tilesetter. When he had heart problems in the hospital, all of a sudden he started taking Tylenol. It costs twice the price, and I can't convince him that the name brand is identical to these acetaminophen extra strength pills from Equate. Believe me, they are the same medicine at half the price.
