when I first started using it, I was looking for a trigger button to shoot the product out, but there is no trigger button when you push the vacuum forward the solution comes out when you pull it back. It sucks it up. There is also a button that you can switch to easily to just suck up nothing but water I absolutely love it. It catches all the dog hair or cat hair if you have a cat in a little yellow plastic container which separates the liquid from the hair it's amazing. I love that rug cleaner the best I've ever had and I've had a lot.

This is undoubtedly the best shampooer I've ever purchased. I always have kids at my house and a puppy in house training. I used an enzyme carpet shampoo, but the before and after photos say it all. It's easy to use and clean, and convenient.

I have only used this once so far and I'm extremely happy with it. It collects leftover hair through a filter even though I vacuumed thoroughly. The scent is very nice not overpowering. My only concern is longevity. I've used products before that worked great the first time and fall apart the second time so my fingers are crossed.
