Bob's Red Mill Petite French Green Lentils 24 oz

I love the quality of Bob's Red Mill products these lentils included. French green lentils remain much firmer when cooked compared to other varieties of lentils, making them great for things like lentil salads. I personally wouldn't recommend them for things like stews or curries (get brown or red lentils instead!)

Always Quality ingredients and products from the Red Mill factory. These little beauties are packed with protein and flavor. I like the resealable package. Highly recommend using the recipe on the back. I've recently discovered the amazingness that are lentils! Add them to your diet to help lower cholesterol.
