This is exactly what I needed. Like so many others, I began cutting my husband's hair for him during Covid lock down. I had an old Oster that my father in law used to cut hair in a barber shop years ago. My husband likes a crew cut with the top left a good bit longer. I only had 5 combs with my original set. The longest being 1/2 inch. So, the fact that this includes a 1 inch and a 1 1/2 inch is perfect. The fitting isn't the same as my old combs. They just slide in place with a groove. This has a spring mechanism that fits over the top of the metal blade portion instead of sliding into the groove. But it fits fine and worked great. Now I don't have to use scissors for the top of his hair. Sooo much easier. This set also includes a decent storage bag. I didn't realize it included that until I opened the box. Overall I am very please. I only needed the larger sizes, but for the price, this was the best deal I found. To order the combs separately, the shipping runs the price as high as I paid for this entire set.
