These are great little snacks, but for me, who suffers from dysphasia and has to have food puréed,they are a game changer. Unlike saltines, for some reason if I twist them open and eat one half at a time I can swallow these easily after thoroughly chewing. Only the little cheese sandwiches, though, NOT the peanut butter ones. I have put them on top of puréed pizza, and it is almost like I'm eating a slice with crust. And sometimes I put them on any puréed food just for the pure enjoyment of being able to chew a real food I can swallow other than blah purée. WARNING: If you have dysphasia, there is still the risk of aspiration!! I've been eating these for 3 years now and I'm okay, but your mileage may vary, so beware. For those with no swallowing issues, be warned these are addictive, they are so good.
