    Extremely Disappointed

    I have used the Hydra Fresh toner for years and was shocked to see you have changed the formula. I am extremely disappointed with the new formula. It does NOT live up to L'OREAL quality that I normally hold in the highest regard. I always boast that L'OREAL is the best drugstore brand and prove that it is better than department store brands. Unfortunately, with this new toner, I feel that the company is losing its edge. It was perfect the way it was, and with a sad heart I will be returning the toner because I dislike it that much. It does feel like I am putting soap all over my face, thick and greasy. It is too similar to micellar water and I don't care for that, either. I am forced to seek another toner and nothing compared to the previous formula.
