Don't Work

This is the second diffuser I ordered cuz the first one I git did nothing and was still full after a month and not working so I thought maybe it was defective so I ordered this brand, which is a diffetent brand....I plugged it in..turned it on(yes the light was on) and after a week or so I noticed the bottle was still full and it has done nothing to calm my cat down..don't waste ypur money..very disappointing! I got the calming collar now and its working great!
