Terrible Quality

I buy stance for their quality but the batch of basic crew socks I received are terrible quality. Probably the worst quality sock I've ever owneed. I purchased 6 and 3 have torn in either the heel or ball after 6-8 weeks. This is not regular wear and tear. I've contacted Stance 4 times since January 30, 2025 and still no response.
