Overall, the construction of this chair is great. The seat is wide and cushy enough. It is sturdy and I don't feel it will break anytime soon. However, this chair is truly for someone who is very tall. I am 6 foot tall and if I sit all the way back in the chair my feet are leaving the floor. I will keep it because it will serve my purposes but if you are not tall I would advise against buying this chair.

I bought this chair in the past, not knowing it was for Big and Tall, but it's my favorite. I'm 5'4" and I can swing my legs above the ground when I sit in it, but nevertheless it's my favorite because it's room and sturdy mostly. On my old chair, the fabric stitching became loose on one arm and it can slide off (but still functional otherwise). I also loved the umbrella holder for my child's sport games on sunny days--but that feature could be improved to better fit most umbrella types. My chair is the envy of all the tall and bigger men at campouts and they often steal a seat when I'm not around. So now, I've purchased it again to gift to some of my favorite big and tall people!
