I bought the beige black out drapes for my bedroom after installing the sage ones in my living room. My sliding glass doors in the living room and bedroom face west. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, and our summers are brutal. The black out drapes are very helpful for reducing the room's temperature.

They are lightweight and at first I thought they're not heavy. Will they work? Oh yes, they work put four panels, two on each side of the windows. They are lightweight, that day, slide. All the way pass the window like I wanted and when they close, it is totally black in the room. My 10 year old granddaughter said it's like a hotel, total blackout
